Im doing a second review for this restaurant because
1. I decided to try the meal menu rather than the sushi menu
2. I had the order for pick up rather then having the experience in the restaurant.
The presentation for a meal that was picked up was pretty flawless, most places won't pay attention to this on take out meals. The pad thai had the intention to be flavourful with a mix of chicken and fresh vegtables, served with peanuts and fish oil on the side. It was a little dry even with added sauce. It could have had more flavour to it. The general tao chicken was amazing, pletty of sauce on the chicken very tasteful, was also served with rice on the side. I had to complete the meal a side of avacado sushi, as usual the sushi was fresh and mouthwatering. The portions were large for very decent price. Once again they did not disappoint - aside from the pad thai, however that is not enough to stop me from going here again and again. -

The specialty makis were amazing! Decor and background music were classic. Service was not that great but still ok. Price is acceptable. Anyway, it surprised me. It was a great dinner.

Awesome spot! The sushi was delicious and fresh and the restaurant has quite a romantic atmosphere. Perfect for a fancy, but not too fancy, night out :) The bring your own wine is always a plus!

I've been to Sushi Do (in Ste. Dorothee) a few times, and have never been disappointed. The decor/ambience is nice, with blue tones/lights throughout. It's also a BYOB! The seaweed salad ($5.95) is delicious and fresh. The makis are great, and come with a dipping sauce that I can't get enough of. Presentation is also lovely. There are a variety of hot dishes (teriyaki, stir fry). The fried ice cream ($4.95) is very good, and is covered in sesame seeds.
